Dear All,

The ‘AIT- A Living Laboratory’ Steering Committee with the assistance of the Student Union and the AIT Campus Sustainability Club will be organizing a ‘Cleaning Day’ on 15th October, 2014. This event is organized to involve the community  in a short clean up exercise of certain areas. The details of the event are given below:

Date – 15th October, 2014
Assembly Time – 2:30 p.m. (ends at 4:15 p.m.)
Assembly Point – Lawson 108
Dress Code – Casual

All necessary equipment will be provided for the activity. After gathering at the assembly point, groups will be formed for different locations which include:

* Giving a face lift to the SU Cafe Balcony by cleaning and planting flowers with the assistance of the landscape team
* Picking up trash around the standard dorm areas with the assistance of OFAM
* Campus Wide Red Tagging i.e. tagging unnecessary items around the campus that will be disposed
